My name is Ram Prasad , I am part of the IT industry for 18+ years now. I started out as a Help desk support technician and have been climbing the ladder ever since. I am currently work as a Citrix VDI & Cloud Architect for an enterprise organization in Hyderabad,India.The core technologies which I work are Citrix Virtual Apps & Desktop ,ADC Gateway, Azure Virtual Desktop(AVD),Hyper-V, Vmware ESXi, Nutanix AHV and cloud technologies( Azure &AWS) for Infrastructure services.
